Your address at Business America Services is not a box number, it is a physical address and becomes your legal USA postal address.

Receiving Mail at your U.S. Address

We will gladly receive your mail and will not open your mail unless specifically instructed to do so by you.

Re-Directing Mail

Any mail addressed to you or your company that arrives at our distribution center can be re-directed by you to anywhere in the world.

Forwarding Mail

Overnight mail delivery is forwarded by UPS, Fed-Ex or DHL from our distribution center to Canada.

Shipping by Post Office/ U.S. Mail Services

Some of our clients want to use the U.S. postal service to ship their parcels or send their letters.

Your address at Business America Services is not a box number, it is a physical address and becomes your legal USA postal address.

Business America Services even offers an option whereby you can be assigned a phone number to go along with that address. That phone number can be automatically forwarded to your regular business line allowing you to answer as if you were answering at your American address.

Receiving Mail at your U.S. Address

We will gladly receive your mail and will not open your mail unless specifically instructed to do so by you.

If you wish, we can arrange to open mail (credit card bills, invoices, orders, etc.) and fax them to you.

Re-Directing Mail

Any mail addressed to you or your company that arrives at our distribution center can be re-directed by you to anywhere in the world. We charge a modest fee per instance plus our regular charges for shipping by either UPS or U.S. Mail.

Forwarding Mail

Overnight mail delivery is forwarded by UPS, Fed-Ex or DHL from our distribution center to Canada. These are generally delivered the next day by 10:30 a.m. without any hassle from customs as long as they only contain documents and no merchandise.

Mail Pick up from the Post Office Near Us

If you have a post office box at the post office in Swanton, Vermont or Champlain New York, and leave a key with us, we can pick up your mail for a modest fee per trip. We can then forward the mail to you by either UPS or U.S. mail at our regular rates. For large volumes of mail (letter bags or many boxes), please call us for a quote We will not open your mail unless specially instructed to do so.

Shipping by Post Office/ U.S. Mail Services

Some of our clients want to use the U.S. postal service to ship their parcels or send their letters. We can arrange everything for you and make sure your mail gets to your customers on time sent by U.S. mail.

U.S. Mail Services

We can mail your letters for you for a fixed percentage markup over our direct cost. For mailing that require more than US$50.00 in postage, please make arrangements ahead of time so we can schedule the mailing and have funds available. All mailings over US $50.00 must be pre-paid in advance.
